Sebastien FOLLET

Sebastien Follet is a Human Factors expert at French Civil Aviation Authorities (DGAC), where he works on air traffic control, but also on various safety projects concerning the renewal of materials and systems for air traffic controllers. His current work of air traffic controller in Nantes includes the instruction on position and the human factors training of his co-workers in the whole Brittany, in order to fulfill to the european agency requirements. In the past, he has worked as air traffic controller at Paris-Roissy Charles De Gaulle airport, as air traffic controller, instructor, tower chief, safety coordinator on the developpment of new tools and human factor facilitator at Paris-Le Bourget airport. He has a degree in Human Factors Basis for the conception of Human-machine system in aeronautics from Paris Descartes University.
Sebastien has a private pilot license and fly regularly on light airplane. His involvment in his aeroclub includes sessions to build awareness on HF aspects for the private pilots. He is also the President of GOELAN, an association in charge of providing social events and activities to the DGAC and Meteo-France workers of Nantes area.

Ludovic MIEUSSET

Ludovic Mieusset is a Human Factors expert at French Civil Aviation Authorities (DGAC), where he works on air traffic control, but also on various safety projects concerning the renewal of materials and systems for air traffic controllers. His current work of air traffic controller in Nantes includes the instruction on position and the human factors training of his co-workers in the whole Brittany, in order to fulfill to the european agency requirements. In the past, he has worked as military air traffic controller at Nancy Air Force Base and as a DGAC controller at Chavenay-Villepreux (Paris Area) and Grenoble- Le Versed (French Alps) airfields. During his military duty, he worked occasionally at Toul and Saint Dizier Air Force Bases. Also, under the SFOR banner, he worked at Sarajevo airport for few months. Here he was part of the Training Team that graduated the initial batch of local controllers. He followed a course in Human Factors Basis for the conception of Human-machine system in aeronautics from Paris Descartes University.
Ludovic has a private pilot license and fly regularly on light aircraft. His involvment in his aeroclub includes sessions to build awareness on HF aspects for the private pilots. Every spring, he invites pilots and controllers to gather and exchange  about issues encountered in the airspace where Rennes ATC provides his service, in order to enhance air safety and service quality. Furthermore, he followed a formation in Non Violent Communication.
