Human Factors raising awareness session for ACRIV Pilots
Around 25 pilots gathered in the ACRIV club house for a Human Factors raising awareness session for general aviation pilots. This training course, conducted by Sebastien and Ludovic in Rennes, lasted 4 hours and achieved great success among the participants.
The Human Tree attends the ICSI Workshop
On behalf of The Human Tree, Sebastien went to Paris La Défense, to take part into the Institute for an Industrial Safety Culture workshop (ICSI). This conference has been an opportunity to meet, disuss and share different experiences in relation to the last safety publication released by ICSI on the theme of Just Culture.
Human Factors raising awareness session in La Baule Aeroclub
The Human Tree team achieved his first Human Factors raising awareness session for general aviation pilots in La Baule aeroclub. This training course, conducted by Florence-Marie and Sebastien, lasted 3 hours and gathered a dozen participants.
The Human Tree attends to the 2016 Conference on the Risk in Nantes Hospital
Sébastien et Florence-Marie attend to the 4th Annual Conference on the Risk in Nantes Central Hospital. The themes are: How to react facing serious adverse event? How to support health professionnals in this conditon? How to improve our team work skills and benefit of each other experience ? Very rewarding interactions with medical staff are carried during such event.
Sébastien et Florence-Marie attend to the Thomas d'Ansembourg Conference on the topic "Learn to deal with conflicts and tensions without violence" in Nantes, whereas Ludovic attend to the same meeting in Rennes few months later. This conference, presented by a specialist of the non-violent communication, enable the participants to work on the kindness and appeasment aspects while people interact.
